The Institute of Collaborative Management Mission and Vision:

Vision: We will work in collaboration with enterprises to create a just, humane and sustainable society.
The Accreditation process consists of four levels. The training workshops prepare you to use the Institute of Collaborative Management’s products to full advantage so that you achieve the results you need to succeed. A key principle underlying all Accreditation workshops is that of using live data and being debrief ready, so that you are able to apply the products immediately following completion of the workshops.
Level 1 – Individual Behavioural Maps – Provided by Management Drives B.V.
A foundation training program aimed at teaching the use of individual behavioural maps, i.e. measuring, interpreting, understanding and applying individual behavioural maps and choosing the right interventions. This training is provided by Management Drives B.V.
You are taught how to effectively read and interpret behavioural map scores and how to convey these results in a manner that can be easily recognised by the test candidate. The challenge here is to provide feedback that is free of judgement. Your own behavioural map determines how you view the maps of others. The training teaches you to focus emphatically on the behaviour of individuals.
Successful completion of the training will entitle you to issue on-line questionnaires to your clients, and provide feedback on their behavioural maps.
Level 2 – Team Behavioural Maps and Team Diagnostics – Provided by Management Drives B.V.
The Management Drives B.V. accreditation course for groups and teams teaches you how to interpret and apply group behavioural maps.
You will learn to ask additional questions concerning the organisational and team culture and how to advise the group regarding its further development. Several tools, matrices and a concrete 6 step plan that is linked to the Drives will be provided.
This course teaches you to help groups and teams with their development in a targeted fashion. In a half-day to full-day session, you use the cultural diagnostics to map out the alignment of the team with the organisation’s requirements, the strengths of the team and the areas for further development.
Management Drives B.V. provides a 6 step model to determine whether the identified issues should be addressed through a behavioural path or an organisational path, based on Reflection (Mission- Vision), Creation (Strategy-Focus) and/or Organisation (People-Structure). The development steps recommended to the client will be linked to the model.
Additionally, you study the match between the manager and the team, the match between the behavioural preferences of the team and the task at hand, and strategies for creating the most effective team for a particular task.

At Institute of Collaborative Management, we believe competence of our tools comes from real world experience of their use. To meet this requirement we ask our Accredited Practitioner's issue and provide feedback on 15 Individual Behavioural Maps per calendar year.
It is vital that all Institute of Collaborative Management Accredited Practitioners are up to date with all Institute of Collaborative Management products. Whenever there are changes or updates to current products we will issue update documentation to all Accredited Practitioners and expect this material to be studied.
